Shipping & Delivery

Shipping Methods

We understand that our products are valuable and require special care during shipping. All items are carefully packaged, with service levels depending on the selected shipping method.

• Local Pickup (Israel only, by appointment)
• Israel (domestic): Registered Mail, tracked with signature confirmation
• Israel Post, tracked: ECO POST for USA, Canada and Europe, Air Parcel for Australia, Asia and the rest of the world. Economy air mail, fully tracked with delivery confirmation.
• DHL Express: fast, fully tracked door-to-door courier with optional shipment insurance. Available on most international orders.

On international orders you can choose between Israel Post tracked and DHL Express at checkout. The Israel Post service and prices are set automatically based on your order's weight and destination; DHL Express is offered as a faster courier alternative where available. Domestic Israel orders ship via Israel Post.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on your order's weight, destination, and selected service. Exact shipping costs are displayed during checkout.

Combined shipping: when you order several items, they are packed together and you pay one shipping fee for the whole order, based on the parcel's total weight and size. Items that can't share a parcel (fragile pieces or large items that need their own box) are shipped separately, and each parcel's cost is included in the total shown at checkout.

Etsy orders: when possible, I will combine orders and refund excess shipping costs.

Domestic Shipping (Israel)

All domestic orders are shipped within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Tracking information will be provided via email once your order ships.

International Shipping

We ship internationally to select countries. International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the buyer. With DHL Express, any import duties and taxes are typically collected from the recipient at delivery, and DHL may add its own handling fee for that service.

Estimated delivery times by destination and service:

Customs processing and local postal delays may extend delivery times and are outside Israel Post control.

Packaging

All items are packaged with the utmost care:

• Protective materials appropriate for the item type
• Discreet packaging with no external indication of value
• Secure sealing
• Weather-resistant outer packaging

Artwork & Paintings

To ensure safe delivery and reduce shipping costs:

• Paintings are shipped without frames - Only the canvas or artwork itself will be sent
• Shipping method (rolled or flat) is determined on a case-by-case basis depending on the artwork's material, size, and condition
• All artwork is carefully protected with appropriate materials to prevent damage during transit
• Due to postal size limits, artwork ships via EMS Express (insured) or courier — larger flat pieces may require special arrangements

Tracking & Delivery

Tracking and delivery confirmation are provided based on the selected shipping method. You will receive:

• Email confirmation when your order ships
• Tracking number for real-time updates
• Delivery notification upon arrival
• Signature confirmation when applicable

Delivery Issues

If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately.

• DHL Express with insurance added at checkout: covered for the full declared value of your item against loss or damage
• ECO POST: loss compensation of up to $100 per shipment
• Air Parcel and domestic Registered Mail: compensation is limited and subject to postal regulations

We will assist in filing claims and resolving issues in accordance with the selected shipping method.
