Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled before shipping. Once an item has been shipped, please refer to our returns policy. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.

Where do you ship to?

How are items packaged?
All items are carefully packaged with protective materials appropriate for the item type. Packaging is discreet with no external indication of value. Artwork is shipped without frames to ensure safe delivery.
How long does shipping take?
Delivery times depend on your location AND selected shipping method. Registered Mail is slower but economical. EMS Express is faster with insurance. For example, EMS to Europe is 3-7 days while Registered Mail is 10-30 days. See our shipping page for full details.
Do you offer tracked shipping?
Yes, both Registered Mail and EMS include tracking. EMS also includes insurance coverage and faster delivery. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

How do you verify authenticity?
Every item is carefully inspected before listing. We source from reputable auction houses, verified estate sales, and trusted private collectors. Signed items include certificates of authenticity where available.
What condition are the items in?
Item conditions vary and are clearly described in each listing. We use standard grading terms and provide detailed photos. If you need additional photos or information, just ask.
Can I request more photos of an item?
Absolutely! Contact us with the item name or product link, and we'll send additional photos, measurements, or any other details you need to make your decision.
What is the Premium Collection?
The Premium Collection features our most exceptional and valuable items. These items are available by offer only and may include special shipping arrangements for security.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
Returns are NOT accepted except in specific cases: item not as described, wrong item shipped, or authenticity disputes. We carefully photograph and describe all items before listing. See our returns page for full details.
What if an item arrives damaged?
Please photograph any damage immediately and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll work with you to resolve the issue, whether through refund, replacement, or insurance claim.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. The time to appear in your account depends on your payment method.
