Returns & Refund Policy
All items are sold based on the photos and descriptions provided in the listing. We carefully inspect and accurately describe all items before listing.
Returns are NOT accepted, except as required by law or in the following cases:
1. Item Not as Described
If the item you receive is significantly different from the photos and written description provided in the listing, you may return it for a full refund. Minor variations in color due to photography or screen display are not considered grounds for return.
Return shipping: Paid by buyer. Refund issued upon receipt and inspection of the item.
2. Wrong Item Shipped
If we shipped the wrong item due to our error, we will cover return shipping costs and either send you the correct item or issue a full refund.
Return shipping: Covered by us. Please contact us immediately to arrange the return.
3. Authenticity Dispute
Items sold with certificates of authenticity are guaranteed only against:
- Fraudulent or fake certificates
- Items that do not match the provided certificate
- Missing certificates when explicitly promised in the listing
NOT covered: Conflicting opinions from third-party authentication services, disputes between different authentication companies, or buyer's personal doubt after purchase. We stand behind the certificates provided with our items but are not responsible for disagreements between authentication services.
Return shipping: Covered by us if authenticity issue is confirmed.
Return Process
- Contact us via email with your order number and reason for return
- Wait for return authorization and shipping instructions
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging (if available)
- Ship the item back using a tracked shipping method
- Provide us with the tracking number
- Refund will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the item
Important Notes
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery, or as required by applicable law
- Items must be returned in the same condition as received
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Shipping costs (original and return) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
