Description
A carved wooden horse on four wooden wheels, clad in embossed brass and copper panels pinned with hand-set tacks. The saddle and upper body form a hinged lid opening to a concealed compartment. Decorated with repeating floral-rosette bosses, triangular brass blinkers and browband, a brass hasp at the chest, and a brass lead chain.
