Description
Condition:Good
Six vintage lithographed tin fold-over admission tabs from New York institutions, the kind visitors clipped to a collar or pocket:
- Metropolitan Museum of Art: two cream "MMA" tabs and one green "M" tab. The Met used metal admission buttons like these until 2013.
- United Nations "Guided Tour" visitor tab with the UN emblem.
- "Contributor" tab with a Stegosaurus, a donor tab of the American Museum of Natural History.
- Purple tab with a white griffin.
The UN and Contributor tabs are printed "don howard assoc ny 10022" on the tab (Don Howard Associates, New York). Wear consistent with age: the UN tab has surface wear and a hole with rust at the tab, the others light scratches. Plain backs, see photos.
